At 18 Below, we’re smart, hard-working, loyal and eager to please. So basically, we’re the working dog of the pet food industry. Our job is to make the best, safest, tastiest freeze-dried pet foods and treats for quality-minded pet brands and their customers. And we do it for a fair price.
18 Below is highly selective about what we put in our products, and with good reason: You get out what you put in. Because we treat our pets more like people, we only use USDA-inspected raw material intended to supply the human food chain. It’s not required, but it’s important to us.
With and for our partners, we develop custom freeze-dried pet food and treat recipes that align with their brands. We bring a wealth of experience to the table, both with in-house and independent industry experts. We collaborate with a nutritional services company to ensure proper nutrition along with great taste. We deliver consistently made goods to our customers’ facilities or packaging companies. We can facilitate new packaging production. We offer raw material processing/sourcing. We take phone calls even on Sundays.
